PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: DEKOCRETE QUARTZ must not be applied on water-repellent surfaces or supports, plaster or plastic coatings. The support must be healthy, not deformable or degraded (clean and remove any dust, oil, paint, encrustations or mould before proceeding). The support must not be too dry, so if necessary moisten the surface and wait for the humidity to be well absorbed. Do not apply DEKOCRETE QUARTZ on a saturated surface. The temperature of the support must not be lower than 5°C and must not exceed 30°C.
PRODUCT PREPARATION: To ensure an optimal mixture DEKOCRETE QUARTZ must be mixed with 15-18% clean water in a concrete mixer.

APPLICATION: once a homogeneous mixture has been obtained, leave to rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the additives to dissolve better (the product must be applied within 2/3 hours at the most) then proceed by applying the product with the spatula to a thickness of 10-12 mm up to a maximum of 15 mm, once the surface obtained has been smoothed, various types of finishing or printing can be carried out.
Use DISTAX release agent to print surfaces.
DISTANCE It is formulated with natural and synthetic iron oxide carbonates resistant to UV rays and other additives that guarantee the obtaining of a homogeneous and highly qualitative product. It is essential to report / cut the structural joints present in the coating. To obtain excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, frost and thaw, attack by de-icing salts, it is recommended to treat the surface with the ACRIFLOR product.
